Traffic Flagger Jobs in Pennsylvania

WFW is looking for traffic control flaggers for year-round work. No prior experience is required—training is provided both online and in-person. Work involves being outdoors, standing for extended periods, and operating in various weather conditions. Overtime is frequently available. All PPE and Class 3 ANSI gear are provided on-site.

Flagging requires good communication skills and attentiveness to maintain safety for both crews and the public.

Traffic control flaggers are essential for work zone safety at construction zones. They stop, slow, or direct traffic flow using hand signals, signs, and cones. This ensures a safe traffic flow for vehicles while keeping both construction workers and drivers safe from hazards within the zone. Read our blog to learn more.

While maintaining the safety of both workers and motorists, flagging and traffic control require a certain level of traffic control training and skills to perform their duties.
